There is a food cart in the alley 66B Tran Hung Dao street. It is not fancy, instead it’s very local and has been there for years. Yet it has a high rank on happycow.com, and there is a reason for this: the lovely taste! You will find sandwiches, Hanoian banh goi, fried spring rolls, and sweet porridge. Don’t forget to bring your own take-away container so that you don’t waste plastic bags.
